Keep Your Attentive Data in Sync with DinMo

To connect, simply generate an API Key in your Attentive account and add it to DinMo as a new destination. This setup allows you to keep your customer data up to date across platforms, ensuring smooth and efficient marketing automation.

DinMo supports the following destination service:

  • Synchronize users, to update or create contact attributes

How it works?

Destination Setup

Create an API Key

First of all, you'll need to create an API key in attentive in order to connect DinMo. Here's how you can do it:

  1. 1.Log in to your Attentive account.
  2. 2.Navigate to the App Marketplace by clicking on your profile icon and selecting Marketplace.
  3. 3.Click on + Create App in the top-right corner.
  4. 4.Fill in the required details:
    • App Name: Enter an internal-facing name for your app (e.g. DinMo App)
    • Contact Email: Provide an email address where Attentive can reach you if needed.
  5. 5.In the Permissions section, set the desired access levels for each API.
  6. 6.Click Create.
  7. 7.A modal will appear displaying your API Key. Click Copy to save it securely.

Important: This is the only time you will be able to view and copy your API key. If you lose it, you'll need to regenerate a new one

Setup in DinMo

Then, do the following steps to add Attentive as a destination in DinMo:

  1. 1.

    Go to the Destinations section in the navigation bar.

  2. 2.

    Click "Add a new destination".

  3. 3.

    Select "Attentive".

  4. 4.

    Enter the name of the destination and your Attentive API Key.
