Steps involved using DinMo’s features

  1. First, you need to create an audience from your Customers Entity by setting up the appropriate rules using our Audience Manager.

  • You can either define an audience of your top customers using specific thresholds, such as those who have ordered at least three times and whose average order value exceeds 100€

  • Or use statistical rules, like customers in the top quarter of frequency of purchase and top quarter of average order value.

Keep in mind that for a lookalike audience to be effective, it must be large enough. Aim for an audience size of at least 10,000 contacts.
