Contacts are unique records of Customers or Users that you connect to DinMo from your data warehouse. It is calculated based on the a distinct count of your all your entities of "Users / Customers" class attribute.
What is a "Destination"?
What is a "Destination"?
A destination platform is a service to which you can send data. For example, it can be an advertising tool (like Facebook Ads or Google Ads), a CRM (like Hubspot or Salesforce) or a Customer Support tool (like Zendesk).
Destinations refer to specific configurations within a given platform. For instance, Facebook Custom Audiences and Facebook Conversions API are two different destinations.
What are "Active Contacts" and how are they measured?
What are "Active Contacts" and how are they measured?
A Synced Contact is a primary key that has been synced to at least a platform during the month.
An "Active Contact" is the combination of a Synced Contact and a destination. For instance, if you send the same contact to Meta and to Tik Tok, it will count as two "Active Contacts".
However, if your contact is synced to the same destination several times in a month (according to your schedule), it will only be counted once.
