The second quarter of 2025 confirmed our ambition: to make DinMo the most intuitive and effective platform for activating your customer data. 🚀
What’s new:
Simplified predictive attributes: Create LTV, churn, or product recommendation scores with no code required.
Enhanced Calculated Fields: New operators, redesigned interface, more capabilities.
Improved Observability: Monitor your syncs in real time with smart alerts.
Enterprise Features: Connect securely via SSH tunnelling.
New Integrations: Firestore, Dialog Insight, S3, SFTP, Salesforce custom objects, Dotdigital, Attentive.
And that’s not all: two major updates are coming very soon. More at the end of this article… Let’s dive in! 👇
Predictive Attributes: Simpler and more powerful
Our AI prediction module has been enhanced to provide an even smoother experience and seamless integration into your workflows, with no technical knowledge required.
Create predictive attributes in just a few clicks: predict a customer’s future value (LTV), anticipate churn risk, or recommend the right product at the right time via an even more intuitive interface.
No code needed: our models are trained directly on your data, adapting to your users’ actual behaviour.

Predictive attributes LTV churn
Easily activate them anywhere: once created, these attributes can be used directly in your segments, activations, and reports. They allow for large-scale campaign personalisation with unmatched precision.
💡 Examples: target customers with a high churn risk and offer a tailored incentive to re-engage them.
Or recommend the most relevant complementary product for each customer based on their history and preferences. 👇
Even more relevant recommendations: product recommendations now factor in user attributes (age, gender, profile…) for even more personalised suggestions.
Always up-to-date predictions: predictive values are automatically recalculated at the frequency you define, so you always work with fresh, reliable data.

Calculated Fields: More possibilities
The headline announcement of Q1, calculated fields allow you to easily create new attributes from your existing data. It’s an essential functionality to enrich audiences and refine segmentation, without relying on the data team.

Calculated fields DinMo
This quarter, the interface has been improved for a smoother experience. New operators have been added, such as Minimum/Maximum functions and date-based calculations.
💡 Example: create a field ‘last order > 30 days’ and automatically target inactive customers for a reactivation campaign.
You gain precision in your calculations and independence in your targeting.
Observability: New alerts to monitor activations
After introducing on-demand data lineage and Slack notifications, DinMo continues to enhance its observability features with a new alert system for synchronisations.
You can now configure custom warnings for your activations to be alerted of unusual behaviour:
Activation failure: get notified if a sync fails completely.
Percentage of rejected rows: receive an alert if a high percentage of rows is rejected.
Jobs with no operations: identify inactive or broken segments if several runs send no data.
These alerts can be configured per destination or specific activation, and delivered via email or Slack, depending on your preferences. You can also view them directly in the activation interface on DinMo.
💡 Example: be alerted if more than 10% of rows sent to Meta Ads are rejected so you can act quickly and avoid losing reach.

Secure connection to your databases with SSH tunneling
This method secures the exchange between DinMo and your databases, without directly exposing your systems. An encrypted tunnel is established via a bastion host, reducing exposure risks.
This feature is part of our commitment to upholding the highest security standards, complementing IP whitelisting, which is already available. Both approaches can be combined based on your internal governance policies.
This Quarter’s new integrations
👉 Once again, new connectors have been added to the DinMo ecosystem. Our goal remains the same: enable you to activate your data in the tools you actually use, without technical complexity.
Firestore: connect DinMo to your Firebase database and use real-time data in your marketing campaigns.
Dialog Insight: sync your segments to the Canadian relationship marketing platform to personalise your emails and SMS.
SFTP: sync profiles and attributes via a secure server to personalise user experiences and enable fast access to data in your apps and websites.
Amazon S3: export your models and segments to an S3 bucket for large-scale data transfers from your warehouse to your apps.
Dotdigital: feed this omnichannel platform with your customer segments to trigger personalised campaigns.
Attentive: send your audiences to launch high-value, highly targeted SMS campaigns.
Salesforce CRM (custom objects): DinMo now supports Salesforce custom objects for even more granular data activation.
